Baltej is a Mechanical Engineer with Rapid3D since Oct. 2022. His portfolio at Rapid3D includes reverse engineering, R&D projects, and technical & training resource development. He has over 8 years of engineering experience and has worked on advanced design and manufacturing projects with various industries and academic institutions. He has a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Alberta with a focus on 3D technologies (metal additive manufacturing). He has also gained international experience in 3D and worked with diverse research teams in India, Sweden, France, and now Canada. Before this, Baltej received a master’s degree (CAD/CAM) and a bachelor’s degree (Mechanical) in India with distinction. Apart from all this, Baltej enjoys hiking, is always curious about history, and loves to play billiards.
